At Digitech Events, we strive to deliver high-quality services to our clients. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following refund policy:
No Refunds Policy
Once a service is purchased and booked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully review the service details before making a purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where payment was successfully completed, but the service was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a thorough inspection will be conducted. If the claim is found valid, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4-7 business days. Digitech Events reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any refund request.
